I fixed the ribbon in my controller and now it won't pair

First we would like to ask some more questions so we can get a better understanding of the problem.

Are you experiencing this issue with both controllers?
Are you using the controller(s) with a Quest Pro, Quest 3, or Quest 2 headset?
Are you using any third-party accessories on your controllers?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
Can you see any lights on your controller that are on (blinking or solid)?
