Question

my headset cant display anything

well, my headset can only display stuff only if I cast from my phone,
anyone knows how can I fix this?

    That is a bug that I had recently, I had to return it to best buy but just know even with a warranty at best buy there is a $50 service fee so I recommend getting it returned from meta even without a warranty on it meta knows about this problem and will swap you VR out for a new one.

    I wish i could but there is not a single meta store or something like that in my whole country plus the headset is damaged so i don't think they can take it

    what country are you in and also they ship a new one to you
