Oculus 3S won't stay connected to Wi-fi or stay paired with controllers

I don't know how to fix the wi-fi connection issue I have all of a sudden.  I've gone through the meta app to connect my Q-S3 to the wifi.  It won't pick up the wi-fi.  I could really use some help.

    Hey there RHayHay !

     

    We heard you were having a little trouble with your Quest 3S, and we thought we'd drop in to lend a hand.

     

    If your Wi-Fi is disconnecting frequently, we'd recommend giving your headset a hard reboot. You can do this by pressing and holding the power button for at least 30 seconds.

     

    We'd also advise trying a different WiFi network if possible.
