Official link cable hangs in loading screen

Specs

AMD X5800 CPU

AMD 6800XT

Official link cable

Rolled amd drivers back to 24.5.1

Updated USB power saver

Link test works fine =2.9GB

Click accept link in Quest 3 and then it just hangs on loading screen and I get these notifications in windows.

Works in Virutal desktop just fine. No other software running (steam VR or VD) when I attempt to use the official meta quest link software)
