Pairing my quest 2 to my gaming pc.

Hi,

we purchased a gaming pc for our son so they he could connect it to his quest 2.  Currys advised us that this would connect to the quest 2.Sometimes we can link it & sometimes it doesn't-it states that the graphics card is not compatible even though it is. Managed to do it once but it kicked us out before we can get anything else done. We also have a cable that plugs into the computer and the quest two headset which states it can carry this out please help as we have a frustrated 10-year-old who would like to download code mods.
