permission to Link

When we want to Link VR to pc it says that my son needs my permission. For any app he can send a request, but for this link i just can't find what were i have to give permission.

We have a link with his phone on which he has the meta horizon app. He can play. I installed de app on the pc.

How old are they? Link is blocked for under 13s and there seems to be no way to bypass this in the phone app. I'm not sure about 13+. You could try SteamLink, it is rated 3+, but ironically, you need to be 13+ to have a Steam account and Steam has its own parental controls (Steam Families) that you need to set up.
