problem with meta quest link

Have the exact same issue and would like to know the way it can be resolved. it has been happening for several days already, i am locked out of using my own device because the redirect macro from Metas very own app doesn't work at all.

Hey there,

We saw your post and wanted to lend a hand!

Experiencing issues when the Meta Quest Link app doesn't want to function as intended can be far from ideal, especially when you've just got home after a long day and all you're looking forward to doing is to just relax and enjoy some of your favorite games! We would love to provide you with the steps needed to take to resolve this issue, please follow the below troubleshooting steps as we would greatly appreciate it:

1. Manually uninstall the Meta Quest Link App and then try to install again.

2. Disable any VPNs that are active.

3. Try another connection type (ethernet or Wi-Fi).
