Quest 2 Stuck on Link Loading Screen With White Meta Logo

So basically quest link (using a cable) worked yesterday perfectly fine, but today I tried to launch it and it gets stuck on a screen with a white meta logo, and never loads into the pcvr. I have a feeling this is something to do with the broken update they released a few days ago 78.1---.

IF YOU HAVE A FIX PLEASE LET ME KNOW, I have to use VR for my job and this is making it so I can't work.

maybe update your headset, disable link and re-enable it or uninstall the link app on your PC and reinstall it, if that doesn't work I've heard link has been a bit buggy on quest 2's so u might have to wait for a fix.

i have the same problem how i get it to work is restart my pc with the link cable plugged in and the quest running and connect straight away and all good untill the next day, as far as i can see its a win11 problem because it started doing it after a win 11 update.

I have this problem on Quest 3 (Win10, Air link). It helps me to wait for some time, I waited for about 3 minutes and everything started up

I have the same problem after the update 2 months ago. Worked fine before that update. Latest updates have not helped.
