Quest 3 stuck on same five-digit pairing code

My Quest 3 is stuck showing the same 5-digit pairing code and cannot complete setup. I’ve tried factory reset, browser pairing, Meta Horizon app, and all available support channels. I do not have access to the Meta Quest app, and the headset cannot reach the Support menu.
The pairing code never changes and is not accepted on meta.com/device. I believe the device may be locked in enterprise mode and needs a firmware restore or replacement.
Meta’s Help Center no longer provides access to device support forms. I need help from Meta staff to resolve this.

As it stands now, I am currently in possession of a $500 paper weight

So tell me: who and why did delete my messages but didn't delete your insults? I'm very curious.

And, again, you are totally unable to approach people asking for help. You simply can't do that. A five years old chid would understand that, but you don't, do you?

And try to get a big point: with your offensive behaviour, here you are another problem for people already needing help. If you don't have patience, because you are what you are, better if YOU go away from here.

So, you are implying that the original poster doesn't have the ability of a 5 year old because he didn't understand the simple solution to the problem? As for what is deemed as an insult that should be deleted, you obviously need to re-examine the parameters. Indeed, insults are deleted, it's the reason your comments are gone. We have been helping many people here, you just complain, it's probably better if YOU go away as the only solution you offered was totally useless.

Noone here want the kind of help you are offering, because you are just able to offend people coming here in search of help. I told you, another user told you, but your engineeristic mind woulndn't get the point even in a million of yeras. That's the sad truth.
