quest 3 wont connect to pc via cable link

headset wont connect to pc via a link cable. i press enable link and headset gets stuck on meta logo sign. cant see my pc home screen.

Having exactly the same problem out of nowhere, It was working fine until yesterday now is dead, whatever I try i cant get pass the symbol and the 3 dots loading

Same problem for me... since the last update I can't connect my Quest 3 with Link. All was fine yesterday.

Me too. Restarted everything, all drivers updated, uninstalled / reinstalled app, reinstalled the quest 3 in the APP. Status says the cable is working. Symbol and 3 dot loading screen is as far as I get

Air link is the same as well

StevieT1971 I get the same message as all of you with cable, but air link is working without issues.

Quest 2 and Quest 3 on build v83, link app on PTC v85.

Maybe enable ptc in the link app, so you are at least able to use air link.

This software has been nothing but a joke since it moved to Horizon.

in windows services apparently there are 3 items from oculus that should be running, only one is, the other one is dead now and the third is missing

my client has 5 sub-processes every time i restart it so i'm unsure if this is accurate, could be part of the problem too though
