Ray-Ban Meta: Account access blocked by old 2FA number | need to recover stored videos

Hello, I'm unable to access the Meta account I believe is linked to my Ray-Ban Meta glasses. I know the email address and password, but verification codes can only be sent by SMS or WhatsApp to an old French number I no longer have access to. My current phone number is Australian.

Could you help me verify my identity and recover access using another method?

The glasses contain really important videos for me that have not been imported, so I need to recover the account without factory resetting the glasses or erasing their recordings.

Alternatively, recovering the account itself is not essential to me: my priority is retrieving the videos currently stored on the glasses. If there is another way to safely export them, I would be happy to I create a new account afterwards.

here in the forum are just users, nobody who can help you with account issues.

You have to go through the help center, usually 2FA issues are resolved by Meta support quickly-

 

You should edit your post and delete the serial number.

Btw. you postet in the Quest VR forums, instead of the AI glasses forums. 😉
