Trying to use Oculus headset after several years

I have an Oculus VR headset that I am trying to use for the first time after a break of several years and am having trouble getting connected. I think. I was able to charge it and get it connected to my home wifi and did get into a game briefly, but now I am in a loop where it wants me to sign in to my account. My phone number and email are still recognized and I am getting texts and messages from Meta related to me trying to update my password. But like I said, it is a loop. I reset the PW and then try to sign in and it says my email/password combination is invalid. I will try again tomorrow.
