Camera stops tracking while moving

Good day!
Simple question to oculus team: Why the placed IMU in camera module?
I assume that they wanted to measure orientation of camera to correcly tracked HMD position.
Maybe they just add some function to camera intitialization with user measured yaw pitch and roll values and not to correct values at runtime? Is it possible to switch off camera recalibration in future releases?

Also maybe oculus team support in Linux only in positional tracking mode?
As I understand main difficulties is that oculus team decided to use DirectX in rendering pipeline and on Linux is only OpenGL available. For me it's ok to use Extended mode but please support server in future releases.

Thanx in advance
Bye

You can't move the camera while a game is running. The logic that runs in the software makes certain calculations based on how the camera is positioned, and if you move it during a demo it will mess everything up.

Linux support is on hold for now, and I don't know when it will return. Sorry.
