Experimental locomotion modes in latest SDK, where are the samples?

I am very interested in trying out the eight experimental locomotion samples mentioned in your blog post here:
https://developer.oculus.com/blog/research-into-comfortable-locomotion/

However I download the SDK (1.19.0 currently) but no such folder or project is found? It says to look for "Samples (Experimental) -> Locomotion" but I can't find anything like that. What am I missing, really want to try this out :)

There is none of the new locomotion samples anywhere. I think you Oculus guys actually forgot to include any of it in the SDK.

They are located in "OculusSDK\Samples\OculusRoomTiny_Advanced\ORT (Locomotion)\Projects\Win\VS2013\Locomotion.vcxproj"
Make sure to compile in Release mode.

I have problems in compiling the locomotion project files, using VS2017 without a clue. All VS2015 files in ORT work fine after being updated in VS, and in VS2013 I can run all the 2013 ORT files - except for the locomotion samples.  I tried VS2017 and VS2013 with toolsets v141, v140 and v120; there seems to be a conflict concerning 'win32_Libextra.lib'. What do I need to be able to compile the VS2013 Locomotion files?
