how long to hear back about hardware request!?

How long does it take to hear back about hardware requests? I submitted a hardware request for the Gear VR controller & Oculus about a week ago and never got an email confirmation of my submission or heard back yet.

You will get a reply when they Approve your request, but there's nothing before that.
I used the contact us to ask if they received my request and they replied within 2 days confirming.

Just a heads up, you won't get a confirmation for the contact us either :neutral:
