How to access to Oculus's "Home Menu" / "Universal Menu" with XBoxOne controller ?

I've tested several app. like Lucky's tale or Invasion.
But I was not able to trigger the Oculus Home menu from the game with an XBoxOne controller.

Is that normal ?
How is triggered theses Oculus Home/Universal menus ?

Obviously I want to be compliant with submission requirements on, Quit or Recenter.
But I just can't test that...

    Ya as a user I've found it rather silly that apps I've played don't seem to have a in game option to terminate the program I must get my oculus control and quit it via the return to home option its actually quite a bad design.
