OVRServiceLauncher started from the wrong execution contexdt. LastError = 0x427 (1063): The service process could not connect to the service controller.

 Pass in the "-install -start" arguments to install the service launcher as a Windows service and start it. Installing will not start the Oculus Runtime without the additional "-start argument.

 You can also use the "-uninstall" argument to stop and uninstall the service launcher. Uninstalling will also stop the Oculus Runtime.
