Problem with DK2. RGB color issue

Is anyone else having an issue where the DK2 will show the RGB *Red Green Blue* around edges? I'm in the Falcon demo and walking around and there is a a shift of these three colors. Hope I'm making sense, I get these colors seperated.

Is there a way to calibrate the display?

Thanks

I think I am facing the same issue. Here's (http://imgur.com/dYvTdOo) a screenshot for reference. I am running the demo scene from the config utility on Linux (Ubuntu 12.04) and SDK 0.3.2.

Is this the same issue? And will the above posted solution (editing the code) work in my case?

    Thanks,

Seeing the same thing, very obvious when looking anywhere but the center of the HMD which is tolerable, but I'm getting some horizontal color shifting even when looking dead center which makes everything look blurrier than it should be. What was the API call you used to adjust this?

I also tried sliding the IPD from min to max which didn't do anything. As for vertical, placing my HMD at the right level on my face makes it go away in the vertical for the center of the screen, but still huge disparity around the peripheral view.

    Thanks.

I also have excessive CA but I noticed that there is a small sweet spot slightly under the center of the lens (for me at least) where the image quality is on point. You have to practice turning your neck and try to restrict your eyes movements within the DK2.

Agreed, but when you have a full billboard of text in front of you, it's only natural to scan with your eyes, same goes for looking quick in any direction, eyes first, then head follows.

Similar problem here, rbg colors are all messed up
    everything is white washed
and anything that should be orange is blue and anything that should be blue is brown orange
please let me know if there is a way to fix this!
also a bunch of demos just give me the sound in the direct mode and no visual

There is a comprehensive discussion including a temporary work-around in this thread.

@sahilshah: Btw, you should not judge CA by looking at a screenshot. The lenses itself introduce CA, and the idea of CA correction is to compensate for that. Thus, a screenshot must have a visible CA.

@jayoc83: Can you please explain specifically what the issue you are having is? It may not be the same as is being discussed in this thread. It will help if you can take a photo of the problem (you may have to take the lenses off the Rift and use your phone to take the photo).
