Restrict Movement - Unity

I'd like to integrate the Oculus Unity Plug-in into a Unity Project. However, I'd like to only allow rotation about the vertical y-axis. Is there a way to use the plugin while restricting this movement?

You don't want to allow roll or pitch? That sounds like a recipe for motion sickness.

The key would be not to have any translational movement, i'm less focused on the angular movement.

DK1 does not include positional tracking, though it's somewhat "faked" using a head/neck model. To remove this feature, zero out the Neck vector inside the inspector for OVRCameraController.
