SDK 0.25 to 0.3.2 update -> functions removed??

I'm getting several errors after updating to SDK 0.3.2:

No member named 'Projection' in 'OVR::Util::Render::StereoEyeParamsWithOrtho'
No member named 'GetIPD' in 'OVR::Util::Render::StereoConfig'
No member named 'SetIPD' in 'OVR::Util::Render::StereoConfig'
No member named 'InterpupillaryDistance' in 'OVR::HMDInfo'
No member named 'HResolution' in 'OVR::HMDInfo'
No member named 'VResolution' in 'OVR::HMDInfo'
No member named 'SetPredictionEnabled' in 'OVR::SensorFusion'
No member named 'SetHMDInfo' in 'OVR::Util::Render::StereoConfig'

This is not exactly a stable interface!
Where's the guide on upgrading from 0.2.5 to 0.3.2?

jherico is right. C interfaces form the common interface layer between various languages and technologies. It's not about giving C coders an interface - it's about giving C# and Java and Python and Android and Unity, (etc..) a consistent interface.

It *would* be nice if the developer documentation made some mention to what has gone.

OpenCV handle this quite well. Their documentation often has reference to 'old' functions, with an explanation of how to do things the 'new' way.

For pros who are following the development process closely everything will seem planned and with good warnings. But for newbies like me it can be really difficult to stumble when old tutorials use functions that no longer exist, and all reference to the old functions have been purged from the Doxygen docs! The Doxygen notes don't even seem to have a version number on them - though I'm assuming that they're for 0.3.2 at the time of writing this. This forum post, rant-y or otherwise, is one of most useful resources that google has delivered to explain what's going on, and I'd like to think the OP for that.

@jherico ... a few warnings in your ORIA book would be really useful. I know that it is a work in progress, but sticking a cover-sheet into the PDF with a list of dead functions would be really useful...

@cybereality ... with regard to the included guide, Appendix D in the 0.3.2 SDK Overview still talks about OVR::SensorFusion! I'm going to trust Doxygen over the guide and assume it is gone ;)

The reference docs on the site are woefully outdated. I believe the PDF guide should be the most up to date (barring a few minor errors). You can also check the tutorial I posted earlier in the thread.

The PDF was also a bit outdated. I recommend looking at the simple one page OpenGL example on the forums.
