Tuscany assets for other engines

Can the tuscany assets be used to build a demo with some other engine?
Example: i'd like to make the xyz engine support the oculus, and i would like to build a demo that behaves like the one distribuited with the SDK. Is it allowed?
Thanks.

I just got word the the Tuscany assets are licensed under the Creative Commons.

So you should be OK to use the art in your own games and demos.

    Thanks for your patience.

    Awesome news! Thanks!

Perhaps a license file should be inserted into the assets folder, and perhaps the files too as appropriate, to prevent the repeat of such questions in the future.
