What game currently has the best player experience?

I currently do not own a rift, but as a developer, I've been looking for examples of semi-flawless player head-tracking/body movements to study for a small game I'm making. I want to be able to create a realistic fantasy character that'll give the player the actual feeling of being inside of the body, maybe aside from arm/hand movements.
Has any game pulled this off? If not, can any rift users refer my to the best body experience they've had so far (possibly open-source)?

Thanks in advance!

I am quite amazed that something like "Radial G" and "VanguardV" seem most smooth and 'ready for prime time' from the perspective of speedy and unique action in an Oculus Rift.

^^ Thanks! We're releasing on Steam Early Access before the end of the year so looking forward to getting lots more feedback to help improve our player experience

    Planetside 2 looks really good

only way I got it to work is to use Virtual Desktop and make it curved then have it like a big screen and just enough that it makes it like being there

LFS looks good too.. I actually got lower lap times than everyone else because the awareness sense is higher because of the side vision so you can tell if the car will oversteer too much

Flight Simulator X looked really good with Virtual desktop but its just too bad they cant "port" that game to VR

they should really look into bring that game back as the experience is really cool but flying a plane takes lots of knowledge

it's a lot more than just going up down left right forward backward

I'm really surprised nobody has mentioned Elite: Dangerous. The cockpit in the various ships are a marvel to behold and the user interface is so sweet.

Many I time I've just sat in space completely spellbound by the incredible visuals. Its just amazing, and what's more every new release they get even better.

Having said that, my current favourite go-to game is LFS. Mainly because its quick and easy to get into and provides tons of fun, and the framerate is really high for me. With ED I get average 50-60fps. Although its not really high enough, it doesn't bother me too much.
