the config utiilty looks exactly the same for me but when i go in help it says that it is .4.3
am i missing something?

    Hi all,

    someone could help? I don't understand: manual states that HSWToggleEnabled must be set to "1" in the following path (64bit): HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Oculus VR, LLC\LibOVR\HSWToggleEnabled
    In my registry anyway, under \Wow6432Node I don't have any \LibOVR\ folder: what am I missing?

    Thanks in advance.

    I see, "why making it easy, if there is a complicated way as well?" ;)

    @francy80: Save this as "disableHSW.reg" file, run it:

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Oculus VR, LLC\LibOVR]
    "HSWToggleEnabled"="1"

    Did definitely work for me, but only in the newest Oculus Demos (Oculus World / Tuscanny / Desk Scene. Older demos and UE 4.5.1 does still ignore it.

    You understand that the registry setting only turns on the checkbox in the config util, right? It doesn't actually disable the warning.

    Thanks to you both. And Spyro's suggestion worked, I can see the checkbox under the "Advanced" menu in Oculus Config.

    Is it too much to ask to have a simple toggle on and off?
