Why Eye offset is not visible in two views?

Hi All,

I encountered a problem when trying to record a demo.

From my desktop, two eye views look exactly the same (attached figure at the bottom), although my right and left eyes have different views from oculus. I do set very large IPD

However, in the oculus official document: https://developer.oculus.com/documentation/pcsdk/latest/concepts/dg-render/ They look to have offset between two views, i.e. I can feel the binocular disparity. (attached figure on top) Does anyone know the reason and how to solve that?

Thanks in advance.

What SDK and Runtime are you using? That looks like the C++ sample app, right?

    It's under SDK 0.4.4; Windows 8.1.

Yeah, that is the c++ world demo.

Can you try the latest SDK? That SDK version is absolutely ancient.
