Wii controler as razor hydra

Is it possible to use a wii controler, maybe with motion plus as a substitute for STEM or razor hydra till you actually get one? :idea:

    Hi, good idea, but I dont think the Wii controller can replace RH and STEM system. ( did you join the kickstarter? )
    I wish there was something to do with the Wii, it's been collecting dust since I bought it, and now that VR has come out, I doubt it will ever see the light of day again.

    In short, no. As mentioned above, the field of view is what kills this idea. It restricts how much you can rotate. Once you hit 30-45 degrees of rotation the wiimote won't be able to see the sensor bar anymore, rendering it useless.
