Account Disabled — Stuck in ID verification loop, no box to explain name mismatch

My Facebook account is disabled. Every appeal link redirects me to an identity verification checkpoint page with no text box to explain my situation. My profile display name is Sharon Wang, my passport legal name is Wang Xiaoli. They belong to the same person, the profile name is my commonly used English alias. Each time I upload my passport, it returns the error "We couldn’t verify your identity". I cannot log in and I have lost my profile link. This account was registered with phone number/email. I can provide registered contact privately if needed I have no way to submit written explanation during verification. Could you please help manually review my case? Attached is the screenshot of the verification error. Thank you.
