Was making a developer account when I ran into this issue. Thought it would resolve itself so waited for a day and it's still stuck like this. It keeps looping at contact info and about you constantly. Click "Get Started" on the  developers.facebook.com starting page bring me straight to this.

Asked Meta AI for help and tried the following things.

  1. Tried registering in incognito, loads me into the loop.
  2. Tried deleting the site settings and cookies in chrome. Loading back into it loads directly into the loop.
  3. Tried on Phone.
  4. Gave 24+ Hours between attempts as well.

Can't report a bug in developers.facebook.com because I can't login. No other place I can reach out for help.
