App Lab Organization Verification – Stuck on verification

I'm a solo developer trying to get my game onto App Lab, but I keep getting rejected during the organization verification process.

I've already submitted all of my registered LLC documents and business information multiple times, but I keep running into the same issue and I'm honestly not sure what Meta is looking for at this point.

Has anyone else gone through this successfully? Was there a specific document or step that finally got you approved?

I'd really appreciate any advice. I feel like I'm so close to finally getting on App Lab, and this verification process has become my biggest roadblock.

Same exact situation here — but with Business Verification

(not Org Verification).

I've been rejected 4 times for my US-registered LLC and still

have no idea what's wrong. Meta does NOT provide a specific

reason. The dashboard just says "Couldn't be verified" with

zero detail.

I've submitted everything that should be needed:

Certificate of Formation, IRS EIN Letter, business bank

statements, bank verification letter. All info matches my

documents exactly. My account is clean — no restrictions,

2FA enabled, only admin.

Every AI chatbot I've talked to (Meta AI Business Assistant)

gives generic answers like "document mismatch" or "image

quality" but cannot point to anything specific about MY case.

I've also noticed that the moment you click "Start

verification" again, the status flips back to "Pending

submission" — and you permanently lose access to whatever

rejection feedback might have been visible before.

Would love to hear from anyone who:

1. Got past this with a specific document combination

2. Found a way to see the actual rejection reason

3. Got a human reviewer to look at their case

rejection feedback would help legitimate small businesses

unblock themselves instead of guessing for months.

My game is live for almsot 3 years, i managed to hop on right time i guess

I made revenue and can't get payouts for the last years

Its been business review for eternity for me. Support agents close tickets after one week without solving anything.

We need to escalate this
