App Review “Submit for Review” button disabled although all sections are complete
Hello Meta Developer Support and Community Team,
I am unable to submit my app for App Review because the “Submit for Review” button remains disabled, even though every required section is complete.

App ID: 360556151677250

Requested Advanced Access permissions:
- pages_read_engagement
- pages_manage_posts
- pages_show_list
- pages_manage_metadata
- pages_messaging
Current state:
- Verification shows a green checkmark.
- App Settings shows a green checkmark.
- Allowed Usage shows a green checkmark.
- Data Handling shows a green checkmark.
- Reviewer Instructions shows a green checkmark.
- The Requests tab contains all five permissions listed above, and every item shows a green checkmark.
- The Facebook Login integration question is answered “Yes” and has been autosaved.
- Page Public Content Access was briefly added by mistake and then removed because the app does not use or require this feature.
Expected result:
The “Submit for Review” button should become enabled after all required sections are completed.
Actual result:
The button remains disabled and the page continues to display:
“You must complete all steps before you can submit for review.”
Troubleshooting already attempted:
- Waited for all changes to be autosaved.
- Navigated through every section using the “Next” button.
- Hard-refreshed the page using Ctrl+F5.
- Signed out and reopened the submission.
- Tested in an incognito browser window.
- Changed the Facebook Login answer, waited for autosave, and changed it back to “Yes”.
The issue remains unchanged across normal and incognito browser sessions, so it appears that the backend validation state of this submission draft may be stuck or out of sync.
Could a Meta team member please reset or revalidate the submission draft for this App ID? Has anyone else experienced this issue after removing an accidentally added feature from an App Review request?
I have attached screenshots showing all five completed sections and all five permissions in the Requests tab.
