Apply button not working

Hello Meta Horizon Developer Support,

 

I am trying to apply for the Meta Horizon Start program through the current official Meta Horizon Start page:

https://developers.meta.com/horizon/discover/programs/start/

When I click "Apply today," the application flow redirects me to:

https://developers.meta.com/horizon/start/member/

That page displays:

"This page isn't available. This page may have been removed, or you may not have access."

I have attached a screenshot showing the error.

Could you please check whether the Start application flow is currently broken or whether there is an account or permission issue associated with my Meta developer account?

I am trying to apply to Meta Horizon Start for my VR development work.

Could you please either provide the current working application URL or route this issue to the team responsible for Meta Horizon Start applications?

Unfortunately my friend, there is no Meta Horizon Development Support here. In fact there are no Meta staff of any kind here. It's a user only forum and the moderators work for Khoros, the hosting company. Meta disappeared from the forum at the end of 2025 and apart from a rare appearance and announcing a new PTC version, we never see them. 

However, I do have a direct email address. This is for Meta Store support, and they might be able to point you to an actual human rather than an AI bot. You can also search the Meta website on your PC, maybe there's a developer link in there somewhere.

Maybe you should post in the Developer forum 🙃? But your title already says that you're a start member 🙃.

    Not sure. The above was their only post made under that account.

    But that said, the Meta Horizon developer forum has been overrun by users complaining about issues related to the Social Technologies developer platforms ðŸĪŠ. They don't seem to understand the difference.
