[Bug] Payment card disappears immediately after adding — cannot create API keys on dev.meta.ai

Hi team,

I'm fully blocked from using the Llama API by a billing bug on dev.meta.ai:

Repro steps:

1. Log in to dev.meta.ai → API keys / billing settings.

2. Add a payment card — the flow appears to succeed.

3. The card immediately disappears from the account; it can never be bound.

Expected: the card stays on file and API key creation is unlocked.

Actual: no payment method can ever be saved, so no API keys can be created at all.

Impact: this is a hard blocker, not a cosmetic issue — without a working payment method the API is completely unusable. Could you please investigate the card-binding flow?
