Business Verification "In Review" 14 days (11 business days) — blocking App Review submission

Hello Meta team,

Our business verification has been "In review" since 29 September 2026 and is now well past the stated 2–10 business days. It is blocking our App Review submission, because Submit stays disabled until verification passes.

Method: Domain verification (daleydai.com, already verified under Brand safety → Domains)

Documents: Company Registration Certificate (legal name) and Company Registrar letter (registered address)

Our legal name and address are shown in plain text on www.daleydai.com, as requested in an earlier review.

We contacted support through the Meta AI business assistant on 7 and 13 October. Both times it said the case was escalated, but it gave no case number, and no human agent is available. Every other App Review step is complete; only verification is outstanding.

Could someone from the verification team check the status, or tell us if any document is missing? Thank you.
