Opened a Direct Support case (Troubleshoot Meta Business Verification) on Sep 23. It was closed the same day, in under 12 hours, with no written response - just the automated closure notice. Meta's stated SLA is a 24-business-hour first response.

Opened a second Direct Support case the same day (28408741815454721). This time got a reply from the Meta AI Agent acknowledging the delay and moving the case to email support, but with no actual progress on the verification itself.

This is blocking App Review and Access Verification (deadline Nov 11) for our WhatsApp Business Platform Tech Provider status, and preventing our clients from completing Embedded Signup. Domain is verified, business details match our official registry record.

Would appreciate any guidance from Meta staff on how to get this actually reviewed.
