Business Verification stuck "In Review" for 2+ weeks

Hello Meta team,

Our business verification has been stuck in "In Review" for more than two weeks with no update, no request for additional documents, and no email from Meta.

Details:

- Business name: العراق بدقيقة (Iraq In Minute)

- Business ID: 471072609159771

- App name: Media Mach

- App ID: 1060314396578277

- Current status: "In review" (Business Settings > Security Center and App Dashboard > Review > Verification both show the same)

What is blocked:

- Access verification (Tech Provider) cannot be started until business verification completes.

- App Review cannot be submitted, so our clients cannot connect their Pages and Instagram accounts to our app.

- The app is complete: use cases are configured, Facebook Login for Business is set up, and testing requirements are marked complete.

What I have already checked:

- The legal name, address and phone number in the verification request match the submitted document exactly.

- No pending "request for more information" appears anywhere in Business Settings or in email.

- Business Support Home offers no way to open a case or reach a human for this issue.

Could someone from the Meta team please take a look and escalate this verification for manual review, or tell me what is missing so I can resubmit?
