Business Verification stuck "In Review" for 2+ weeks (past the 2-business-day SLA)

Hi, I'm hoping a moderator can help.

My business portfolio's Business Verification has been stuck in "In Review" status for more than two weeks, well beyond the ~2 business days stated in the confirmation message.

Details:

- Business Portfolio ID: 1267011986489755

- Verification use case: "The app requires access to permissions in Meta for Developers" (I need this to access WhatsApp Cloud API for my app).

- Current status: "In Review". The system is NOT requesting any additional information and shows no error or rejection.

- I have not resubmitted or cancelled the request (to avoid resetting the queue position).

- I don't have access to live chat support (no ad account on this portfolio).

Could a moderator please check my case and help complete or escalate the verification, or tell me if anything specific is missing on my side? I'm happy to share the App ID or any other details privately. Thank you very much.
