Business Verification stuck "In Review" for 3+ weeks

Hello Meta team,

Our business verification has been stuck in "In Review" for more than three weeks with no update, no request for additional documents, and no email from Meta.

Details:

- Business name: KT VALUE KAMIL TRYBAŃSKI

- Business Portfolio name: Finansowy GPS

- Business Portfolio ID: 1589546669030487

- Current status: "In Review" (Business Settings > Security Center)

What I have already checked:

- All submitted information (legal name, address) matches the submitted documents exactly.

- No pending "request for more information" appears anywhere in Business Settings or in email.

- Business Support Home (the in-app help assistant) offers no way to open a case or reach a human for this specific issue - it only loops back to generic help articles.

Could someone from the Meta team please take a look and escalate this verification for manual review, or let me know what might be missing so I can resubmit correctly?
