Business verification stuck "In Review" for over a week

Our business verification has been stuck in "In Review" for over a week, well beyond the estimated 2 business days. We submitted all required documents (tax registration certificate + a utility bill showing the address), and our business info matches the official documents exactly. No additional information has been requested in the Security Center or by email.
