Business verification stuck "In review" since Oct 28 — blocks Tech Provider / WhatsApp Embedded Signup (Portfolio ID 1069631804666432)

Hello,

Our business verification was submitted on October 28, 2026 and is still "In review" (6 business days; the page says ~2 days). No request for additional information was received, and the Business Info cannot be edited while documents are under review.
