The AI support chat confirmed in writing that my case passed the 14 business day window, needs manual specialist review and sits in a priority review queue, but says the live team is at full capacity and there is no automated escalation path beyond the queue. Support Inbox empty the whole time, no document requests. Did yours ever get resolved? It looks like several of us are stuck in the same specialist queue with no way to reach it from outside.
