Question

Can the Quest 2 or any VR headset scratch my eyeball since the lenses are so close to my eyes?

Hi guys, I'm new to VR and recently got a Quest 2, but I'm really afraid to put it on because the lenses are so close to my eyes. I'm paranoid that they're going to touch or scratch my eyeballs since they're so close. Is this normal?

With a properly fitted facial interface with pad and lens (without lens inserts), it’s impossible to touch your Q2 lens with your eyeballs imho.  If you have very long eyelashes, they may brush the lens, and you may need to add a spacer.  Cheers.
