Developer account still restricted after Facebook account recovery
Hello Meta Team,
I am experiencing a critical issue with my Meta for Developers account.
My Facebook account has already been restored and is fully active.
The Facebook Account Status page confirms that my account has no active violations and everything is in good standing.
However, my Meta for Developers profile is still restricted.
Current issues:
• developers.facebook.com/account_status/error displays:
"You don't have access to this service."
• When I click "Submit a support request", the following page
developers.facebook.com/account_status/disputes/
opens as a completely blank white page.
Because of this I cannot:
- submit a Developer appeal;
- contact Developer Support;
- access the normal Developer recovery process.
I have already tried:
- different browsers (Chrome and Microsoft Edge);
- different devices;
- verified that my Facebook account is fully restored;
- checked Account Status (no active violations);
- contacted Meta Business Support.
Business Support confirmed that Developer restrictions are handled by another team.
At the moment I have no available channel to contact the Developer team because the Developer Support page itself does not work.
This looks like a backend synchronization issue between my restored Facebook account and my Meta Developer profile, or a frontend issue with the Developer Support portal.
Could someone from the Meta Developer team please review my Developer profile and restore access or escalate this case to the appropriate team?
I have attached screenshots showing:
1. Facebook Account Status — no violations.
2. Meta Developer restriction page.
3. Blank white page when opening Developer Support.
4. The issue reproduced in multiple browsers.
Thank you.
Could a Meta Community Manager or Developer Support representative advise how to contact the correct team when the official Developer Support page itself is unavailable?
