Developer account still restricted after Facebook recovery — disputes page blank

My Facebook personal account was restricted and has been restored. Account Quality shows no violations.

Meta for Developers still shows “You cannot access this service”:
https://developers.facebook.com/account_status/error/

“Submit a support request” opens a blank page:
https://developers.facebook.com/account_status/disputes/

I cannot submit a developer appeal. Please escalate this to the Developer Platform team to resync/restore developer access.
