Developer account suspended under 7.e.i.2 - appeals rejected, need human review

Hello,

My Meta developer account and my app Qavlyra were restricted under Platform Term 7.e.i.2 ("negatively impacting the platform"). Around the same time, on 2026-09-15, the Facebook account behind the developer account was compromised.

We found that our own account had run a "follow for support" campaign, which we now understand is artificial engagement. We have permanently removed that feature, added messaging limits, spam pause rules and a STOP opt-out, and fully secured the account with a new password, 2FA and a review of all roles.

Our appeals have been rejected several times without a specific explanation. The Business Support AI assistant says the daily limit for human transfer has been reached. The Developer Incident Report form won't let us select our app because the account is restricted.

Has anyone had a 7.e.i.2 restriction lifted? Is there any way to reach the developer policy team for a final manual review? Any advice is appreciated.
