Developer Dashboard Access Blocked

My personal Facebook account was temporarily restricted due to a login anomaly on June 15 and successfully restored on June 16. However, my Meta for Developers access is still blocked with the error "You cannot access this service." Furthermore, when I click "Submit a support request," the page goes completely blank (white screen). Since my personal account is fully active now, this seems to be a sync issue or frontend bug. Please help refresh my developer status.
