Hi, I’m a solo Start member (accepted Oct 8) based in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. I’m entering the Meta VR Start Developer Competition.The Official Rules exclude Brazil, Quebec, and sanctioned areas. Haiti isn’t listed. Can someone from the Start team confirm Haiti-based entrants are eligible to enter and win? If I win, how are prizes paid to someone outside the US? Is a bank account in my own name enough, or do I need a US account or an electronic payment provider? Is US tax withholding applied? I’m building in Godot on Ubuntu with no headset yet. Can I create the “Competition” release channel and upload the APK from Linux, and can I submit a demo video from an emulator only?Thanks!

The Official Rules exclude Brazil, Quebec, and sanctioned areas. Haiti isn’t listed. Can someone from the Start team confirm Haiti-based entrants are eligible to enter and win?
