I lost my account and I have no access to it I need help

I did e-mail meta but they never respond to me its like they try to ignore my problème. I did a reaset factory because meta AI told me to but im stock with this account I don't know any 2FA code IM STUCK AND I LOST 400$ DONT SPEND MONEY ON VR ITS SCAM BECAUSE ONCE YOU CANT GET ON YOUR ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF THE STUPIDEST 2FA THAT I NEVER ASK TO THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU JUST IGNOR YOU THEY OR NOT RESPONDING TO MY PROBLÈME AND THAT MAKING ME MORE MAD AT THEM
