Infinite loop in Developer registration — same bug reported by multiple users

(Not sure this is the right board — couldn't find a category for classic Facebook/Instagram Graph API developer registration. Posting here in case someone can redirect me.) Hi, I'm trying to register as a developer at developers.facebook.com to create an Instagram app linked to my business Page, but the process gets stuck in an infinite loop. What happens: after completing the verification step (email, phone, or credit card) and the "About you" step (selecting "Owner/Founder"), the registration never finalizes — it silently loops back to the "Verify account" step, with no error message, over and over. What I've already tried, with no success: - Different browsers (Chrome and Edge) - Incognito and regular sessions - Mobile phone on cellular data (different network) - Two different Facebook accounts - A credit card already added to the account - Waited several days and tried again Linked Page: Professora Aline Rodrigues Started: 09/10/2026, still happening as of today (09/14/2026) I see other people reporting the exact same loop in this forum (e.g. "Critical Bug: Infinite Registration Loop and Verification Failure on Meta for Developers"), so this looks like a known platform bug, not something specific to my account. Has anyone found a workaround, or can someone from the Meta team confirm this is being looked into? Screenshots attached below.
