infinite loop registration at meta developer

Hello Meta Support and Community Team,

I am unable to complete registration for a Meta for Developers account. I have been stuck on this for 7 days with no success despite extensive troubleshooting.

After entering the email OTP, filling Contact Info and About You, and clicking "Complete Registration," the page loops back to the OTP entry step instead of finishing.

This appears to be a known platform bug affecting other users too. Please escalate, I need developer access urgently for a client project.
