IWSDK: Using UIKit dynamically via JavaScript/TypeScript

https://iwsdk.dev/guides/10-spatial-ui-uikitml.html gives a useable introduction to using UIKit statically.

Is there documentation on using UIKit dynamically via JavaScript/TypeScript? For example, changing the text on a button, or updating some ordinary text in the UI?
