lost meta account accesses due to instagram ban

I need assistance from a human account support specialist.

My original Meta account was created independently using my email address and password. I later linked my Instagram account to it.

Instagram has now permanently disabled my account following an unsuccessful appeal. Since then, I have completely lost access to my original Meta account.

My Quest headset now requires me to log in through the Meta Horizon app, but the app will not authenticate my original Meta account.

I am not requesting help troubleshooting my headset. I need my original Meta account investigated and access restored independently of my disabled Instagram account.

Please escalate this as an account recovery issue. I have purchased games associated with this account that I do not want to lose.
